We are absolutely over the moon seeing all of you receiving every single WAU Beast delivery all over the world! And we are also hearing a lot of stories from you guys attracting a lot of attention with your WAU bikes from all bystanders. ;-)
We have been very busy bees working non-stop to keep up with all deliveries and monitoring all WAUs performance, please keep all of the feedback coming our way. These are incredibly useful to us and it also helps us to develop our future generation to be an even better WAU bike.

- Update on Delivery -
Canada Delivery
Your container has cleared customs last week and all bikes are currently at our forwarder warehouse. We are unsure what the hold up is with last-mile delivery, we are waiting for confirmation at the moment. Apology for the slight delay, however, your WAUs have already successfully reached Canada Soil and will be shortly on your doorstep.
East USA Delivery
After the prolonged delayed in clearing customs, east USA has FINALLY too cleared the customs yesterday and all WAU bikes are on the way to our forwarder's warehouse and are now scheduled to be shipped this coming week.
Those Who Have Missed Tax and Duty Payment
If you have missed the first batch of WAU shipment, and have now completed your local region tax and duty payment, your WAU bike is already on its way directly to you.
*Tracking code will only be given out once it reaches our warehouse.
If you have NOT completed your local region tax and duty, that means your WAU bike is still at our warehouse.
*Please note we cannot import your WAU bike with outstanding local tax and duty payment.
Pictures of Any Damaged Shipment Boxes
If your shipment box has been damaged in any way on arrival by the logistics team, please make sure you send images to us as soon as you can - please make sure to include one image showing your serial number on the side of the shipment box. This is extremely important, as we are not able to provide further support or if needed send replacement parts until you do so.
Replacement Parts and Any Missing Parts
As you guys are aware, we are always on call 24/7/365 via Facebook Messenger and team Email. If you have any item missing or damaged during transit do make sure you reach out directly to us. We are aware that there are few of the items that still need replacement - we have now scheduled a large number of replacement units which are now being sent out on this upcoming Tuesday. Rest assured we have not forgotten any of you.
We are genuinely more than happy to answer any of your key questions from anything such as the manual, user feedback, WAU future upgrade questions and anything else on your mind. :-)

As a young start-up with no doubt, there have been ups and downs in this incredible growth journey - but we are all more than ready to do whatever it takes to tackle it all head-on and WIN!

Hello Guys,
SUPER Happy to let all EU backers know, your shipment has now successfully left the factory today! The container will be promptly transported to Shanghai before loading. There will be only 2-3 days transit time from our factory all the way to Shanghai. Email will be coming shortly to confirm your shipment have left our factory.
Current Stage In WAU Shipments:
* US Shipments EAST & WEST - Shipped on the 24th July
* Canada Shipment - Shipped on the 26th July
* EU Shipment - Shipped on the 29th July
* Remaining Global Regions - (Ready for this week's prompt departure)
Please note - we have received a message today from our forwarder there may be from half a week to a week's delay once this week's containers have reached Shanghai port due to the high volume of containers they are processing this week. We will keep you guys updated throughout the process.
Shipment Arrival + Tracking
WAU Air Freight Shipment = Estimated Arrival Thursday 1st -2nd August.
*All air freight backers - you guys should have already received your WAU bike tracking code today, and your second battery tracking code will be on the way shortly.
*Sea freight backers - we are now waiting for your exact container and cargo ship number.
Upcoming Shipments
For those that have missed the first shipments, we have another shipment coming up very soon to pick everyone up. We will carry on and work hard to contact you via email and let you know the exact deadline by when to complete your local government tax and duty payment.

Sea Freight Shipping / For The US Backers
We are over the moon to say we have now shipped 2 full WAU containers out this morning. If you are on the shipment you will receive a confirmation email (tomorrow) to say your WAU has now left the factory and is on its prompt way to you WOOO!
The containers from today are now loaded up onto long haul trucks all the way to Shanghai port where they are then loaded onto cargo sea ships for the last leg of the journey before last-mile delivery reaching your doorstep. Estimated 4- 5 weeks shipping, you guys will be able to track the shipment step by step.
Sea Freight Shipping / For EU Backers
Coming up next, we have noticed quite a lot of you guys have rushed in to complete your balance, thank you so much, as this speeds up the shipping process. We are now carrying out the last safety/quality checks and things such as changing all standard locks to high-performance anti-pick locks as you guys have asked before we ship your WAUs out this week too.
Sea Freight Shipping / For Canada Backers
Departure scheduled for later this week too. Your container will be leaving our factory at the same time as all EU containers. We will be sending individual emails out to confirm your shipment - make sure to keep an eye out for me in your inbox! :-)
**Both EU and Canada containers are scheduled to be loaded onto long haul trucks to leave the factory this week and all WAUs will be loaded and shipped by sea by the end of next week.
Air Freight
We are working extremely fast in this area too. We have already shipped out many WAUs for the past 3 days, we have our biggest number of air shipments scheduled to leave by tomorrow. If you have not received a departure email from us just yet us, most likely you should receive it by tomorrow. Please note tracking code will be given from 1- 3 days after the shipment.
Additional Free Upgrades
We have received many key feedbacks from backers that have already received their WAU. We are happy to say all locks and keys have been upgraded for all shipment. For the backers that have already received your new WAU, we are also arranging to send you personally upgraded locks for you guys too.
Late Clearance
For the guys that have slightly delayed in completing your local government tax and duty payment, we sincerely apologise as we have sent out reminders, and trucks/cargo ships are already pre-booked in advance for the remaining WAUs to go ahead. However, to ensure prompt delivery to all you guys will be automatically rolled on to the next batch of WAU shipment - we will confirm your new dispatch time when it is confirmed to us by our logistic partners by the end of this week.

Hello Guys,
As you guys know our team have pulled multiple all-nighters to ensure all panels are correctly injected, painted and all parts fit perfectly...and...
!!! We are super happy to say that ALL WAU BIKES ARE NOW 100% FINISHED !!!
By the way as the final touch, we made sure that every WAU box is fully hand painted to give the perfect finish we've all been looking for!
This week we are currently packing the remaining WAUs safely and securely into shipment boxes, double checking all paperwork to avoid any delays at customs and getting ready for the final crazy push into the WORLD!!!
Shipping
Exact Shipping Date - All containers will be loaded and shipped on next Thursday 18th - Friday 19th for all the EU, USA, and Canada shipments.
Cargo ship name and tracking will be given out to all backers. Personal tracking codes will be sent out once it reaches the destination warehouses for you and our team to keep a very close eye to all last-mile deliveries. If you have ordered multiple WAU bikes, you will receive a separate shipment with a separate personal tracking number.
We have waited for this moment for many months, and we cannot even describe it in words how proud we are to have pushed through the thousands of setbacks and challenges to get to the point of you guys jumping on your new WAUs this year.
Tax and Duty
To speed up the process at your local customs, please check your email for Tax and Duty payment. We will be pre-paying the full container, but you need to make sure that you have paid your local Tax and Duty for the customs to give the full green light for fast delivery.
We can only load your bike if you have cleared custom and duty this is to avoid the same delay we experience in the last US shipment. If your tax and duty are not cleared, we will not be able to ship your WAU to you. Please ensure this is paid following the instruction we have given you via email. Once you have completed your payment, just sit back and relax as you will be contacted by our courier to arrange shipment to your given location/address.
